Acrylic charms are all custom made to order charms using premium acrylic or wood. You can select the width of your charm in line with the size of your cake.
As some fonts are very delicate we reserve the right to adjust the charm (whilst keeping font the same) in order to accommodate longer names for example.

Unfortunately orders that are personalised are not eligible for returns, however if there is any issue do let us know and we will do our best to rectify.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery, if the product is unpersonalised. Buyer accepts that they are liable for return postage.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering. Please enquire as to our current processing time before ordering last minute toppers. We can usually accommodate but as our order book is a moving picture, we will need to advise accordingly. Orders will arrive within your chosen shipping option estimated delivery time (ie. Tracked 24 is one business day).
