Unfortunately orders that are personalised are not eligible for returns, however if there is any issue do let us know and we will do our best to rectify.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery, if the product is unpersonalised. Buyer accepts that they are liable for return postage.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Please enquire as to our current processing time before ordering last minute toppers. We can usually accommodate but as our order book is a moving picture, we will need to advise accordingly. Orders will arrive within your chosen shipping option estimated delivery time (ie.
